2. Detailed specification:
1) Mechanical body
A. Base: welded with section steel and steel plate, processed.
B. Mixing room: the middle tank is made of cast chromium manganese molybdenum alloy steel, and designed with water jacket for cooling. The side wall is made of S45C medium carbon steel plate by welding and processing.
C. Mixing shaft: the shaft axis is made of 40R and the blades are made of chromium nickel titanium casting by welding. The shaft axis and blades are hollow and can pass cooling water.
D. Bearing pedestal: the dumping part is made of sc46 cast steel, and the other three parts are made of fc35 cast iron. Ball bearing is used for bearing.
E. Frame: made of SS41 steel plate by welding.
F. Feeding device: This machine is designed as back feeding device.
G. Leak proof device: the side end of the mixing shaft is forced by mechanical shaft seal, which is made of resin fiber; the shaft side end and the forced corner of the shaft seal are subject to wear-resistant treatment. Four sides of the gland are added, and the new type of plate pressing is adopted, and the material is resin fiber.
2) Pressurization device
