Styrene butadiene (SBR) copolymers of butadiene and styrene. Its properties are close to that of natural rubber, and it is a general synthetic rubber with current output. Its characteristics are wear resistance, aging resistance and heat resistance, and its texture is more uniform than that of natural rubber. The disadvantages are: low elasticity, poor flexibility and tear resistance; poor processing performance, especially poor self-adhesive and raw rubber strength. Operating temperature range: about - 50 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃. It is mainly used to replace natural rubber to make tires, rubber plates, rubber tubes, rubber shoes and other general products.
SBR granulator completes the mixing at one time, and then presses the tablet to obtain the mixing rubber. It is suitable for all natural rubber or rubber materials mixed with synthetic rubber of no more than 50%. In the first stage of mixing operation, the batching and gradual feeding method is often used. In order to prevent the rubber materials from rising sharply, the slow mixer or double speed mixer are generally used, and the temperature when adding sulfur must be lower than 100 ℃. The feeding sequence of SBR granulator is raw rubber - small material - reinforcing agent - filler - oil softener - discharging - cooling - adding sulfur and super accelerator.
SBR granulator is a method for making rubber mixture by mixing and pressing the tablet with internal mixer. This method can be used to get rubber compound with the content of synthetic rubber more than 50%, which can avoid the disadvantages of long mixing time and high temperature of rubber compound in one-stage mixing process. The first stage of mixing is the same as the first stage of mixing, except that there is no accelerant with high sulfuration and activity. After the first stage of mixing, the next stage of mixing is cooled, and then the second stage of mixing is carried out. After mixing evenly, the material is fed to the tablet press, and then vulcanizing agent is added. The mixing time is shorter, the mixing temperature is lower, the mixture disperses more evenly, and the rubber quality is higher.
