XPE foaming masterbatch granulator is a new type of plastic mixing and processing equipment developed by Nantong kezhicheng, which is widely used in the production of filling, blending, grafting, color masterbatch, functional masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, conductive material, degradation masterbatch, reinforcement, toughening and other plastic special materials of various plastics. The advantages are outstanding and the application range is wide. The details are as follows:
1. A new polymer alloy material with special application is obtained by blending different kinds of polymer.
2. A variety of mineral fillers are added into polymer melt to make a high filling material with excellent performance and low price.
3. In the preparation of high concentration masterbatch, the pigments and auxiliaries can be directly measured without pretreatment. The masterbatch with good dispersing effect can be obtained, the amount of pigments can be reduced, the production cost can be reduced, and the production environment can be improved.
4. Production of various glass fiber reinforced, flame-retardant products, glass fiber added up to 50%.

The high-performance foaming masterbatch shall have high gas generation, good dispersion and nucleation ability, and good compatibility with the applied resin. Its components mainly consist of foaming agent, nucleating agent, dispersant, carrier resin and other additives.
Foaming agent: sodium bicarbonate is an inorganic foaming agent, characterized by large gas volume, non-toxic, cheap, wide source. The decomposition of nahc03 belongs to endothermic reaction. It has poor dispersion in polymer, good storage, and gentle decomposition process. The decomposition temperature is 90-100 ℃, and the released gas is CO2, which is non-toxic and tasteless.
Nucleating agent: the function of the nucleating agent is to make the gas decomposed by the foaming agent adhere to its surface and generate a large number of foam cores in the molten resin to form a uniform cellular structure. Citric acid and its derivatives were used as nucleating agents. Citric acid can activate the decomposition of nahc03 and improve the dispersibility of nahc03 in resin.
The special mixing effect and excellent performance of Nantong kezhicheng foaming masterbatch granulator have been proved in practice. The mixer is designed to separate mixing and extrusion, and all adopt Siemens frequency control device and temperature control instrument. The pressure in the mixing kneader barrel is very low, so the energy consumption is less. Compared with other similar extruders, the energy saving is about 1 / 4.
