Characteristics of talc powder as the raw material of high filling master material granulator: the main component of talc is magnesium silicate with water content of talc, and the molecular formula is mg3 [si4o10] (OH) 2. Talc belongs to monoclinic system. The crystal is pseudohexagonal or rhombic, occasionally seen. They are usually compact, massive, leaflike, radial and fibrous aggregates. It is colorless, transparent or white, but it is light green, yellow, brown or even light red due to a small amount of impurities; the cleavage surface is pearl luster. Hardness 1, specific gravity 2.7-2.8.

The main engine barrel and screw are all assembled by building blocks. The cylinder is composed of multiple groups of open and closed holes. The split cylinder can be opened quickly and conveniently for cleaning and maintenance. The screw is composed of various mixing screw blocks and conveying screw blocks which are sleeved on the mandrel. The cylinder and screw can be flexibly formed into an ideal form according to different types of materials and process requirements.

The design of gear box and swing box is unique, which realizes the reciprocating movement of the screw in the axial direction while the screw is rotating. Every revolution of the screw, the reciprocating movement is once, and the thread is interrupted three times, so as to produce a strong mixing effect. The mixing action is axial rather than radial, and occurs between the thread and the pin. All materials in the spiral groove are subject to uniform shear stress, rather than a thin layer of materials.

The transparent filling masterbatch produced by the nano talcum master granulator developed and researched by our company has a refractive index of 1.5-1.6, basically in line with PP and PE refractive index of 1.43-1.63. The proportion of the masterbatch is small, the heat sealing property is good, and the tensile strength is large. The new blend transparent filling formula can basically eliminate the white phenomenon of the guide rod when blowing the film. Transparent filling masterbatch is suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins, such as PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics, etc. Such as: plastic bucket, thin film, tableware, plate, sheet, pipe, profile, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, casting, etc.
